Spices & Herbs

The gastronomy of the Algarve is part of a Mediterranean diet, and as such, values spices and aromatic herbs. Among many, “fleur de sel”, oregano, bay leaf and pepper paste are the most used whether in salads, pasta, stews, cataplanas or grilled dishes.
