At the moment it will not be possible to send to other destinations that are not part of the indicated list.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but we can expect a maximum of 4 to 5 working days on average starting after the carrier’s collection at our facilities.

The DPD carrier facilitates the tracking of the order once it has been sent and will inform the customer by email (or by message) of the expected delivery date and time at the indicated address. If there is no one to receive the order, the customer will have to contact the DPD agent in his own region and arrange a new delivery or collection attempt at an agreed place.

It is extremely important to enter a complete address and to verify that it is correct and up to date. You can add some useful information in the notes that we will transmit to the carrier in order to facilitate delivery at the indicated location.

In some countries there may be an extra customs clearance fee (for countries outside the European Community) for some products. This amount will be borne by the customer who will be informed once the goods enter and are subject to customs control in the country of destination.

Unfortunately it will no longer be possible to ship baskets to the UK due to increasingly complex restrictions on authorized products.

Algarve Tasting Basket will not make any refund if the order is not delivered to the customer due to lack of presence or refusal of the same at the time agreed with the carrier.

Our packages are prepared with great care in order to protect the contents in the best possible way, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the status of the order (packaging and contents) before accepting and signing the receipt. . If you notice any damage to the packaging that may have caused damage or lack of content, you will have to inform the driver/courier and refuse delivery.

Return and Exchange

Returns or exchange of merchandise will only be accepted if any product is out of date or does not correspond to what was ordered. In this case, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the order, showing pictures of what is wrong, and we will do our best to get you replacement items free of charge.

If for some reason you do not want to keep the order, you must inform us by email and you will have to return it within 15 days with all the items intact (closed or sealed as original). Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, using a suitable box and addressed to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the contents, we will handle the refund of your order by choosing the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase by the customer.

We kindly ask you to contact us (by email algarvetastingbasket@gmail.com) as soon as you notice any irregularity in your purchase and/or shipment before starting the return or making a formal complaint process.
